Hi, Its Really Strange And Hard To Explain.. But I

Hi, its really strange and hard to explain.. but i get these periods of when my brain goes really slow and my hands and reactions are really fast,, it doesn't happen all the time.. but i feel like my brain and eyes are in slow motion and my hands are reactions are going at the speed of light.
