Hi iv a resting heart rate of 130 bpm..I'm. 26 weeks pregnant and feeling breathless and light headed .. i was diagnosed with svt 5 years ago but heart has been steady for the past few years at about 80 bpm..should I be concerned ... This 130bpm has been going on for about 3 hours
