Hi Iv Been Having A Sharp Stabbing Pain In My

Hi iv been having a sharp stabbing pain in my right temple when I bend down move suddenly like get up also when I cough I don't like bothering with the doctors just in case it's nothing! Do you think I should go and see my doctor and also what could it be??
