Hi Iv Been Told I Need A Neck Fusion Done

Hi iv been told I need a neck fusion done ,on my c7 and iv been try to out it off as its only been 2 years ago I had spinal fusion done and that still hasent fused , so I'm suffering in pain with that , my problem is that the last few days iv had severve pins and needles in my hands and legs , my hands are actually going from a blotchy white to blue and feel swollen and heavy
Should I be concerned ? It's very uncomfortable but I'm thinking it might just pass
