Hi, Iv Had A Flu For A Month Now, I

Hi, iv had a flu for a month now, I treated that and it went then I got tonsillitis and took augmentin, it went for a few days and its back now, along with thrush, and I'm treating that, but now I have a blocked ear and don't know what to do. I don't have time to go to doctors. Need an over the counter idea or home remedy
