Hi, Iv Had Kidney Problems/stones Before But This Feels A

Hi, iv had kidney problems/stones before but this feels a little different. Anytime that I cough Or when I push while I'm pooping my kidneys hurt really bad, especially my left one and it's been feeling kinda sore 24/7 for about a week and a half now especially if I push on it at all. Wondering if anyone could help me with what's going on or what I need to do?
