Hi I've Been Experiencing Stomach Pain And Extreme Bloating, As

Hi i've been experiencing stomach pain and extreme bloating, as well as nausea for a year and half now, One of my organs gets swollen everyday in the upper right quadrant and that has a constant discomfort ,i've thrown up if i don't eat in time because the acid and my stomach turns, and then other days i cant eat or don't have an appetite or feel full and also loose a lot of sleep because of it. I have had scopes done in the stomach and bowels, they did biopsy of colon because i had inflammation, i am negative for crohn's and colitis but biopsy also showed inflammation, they did a HIDA scan and my gal bladder never showed, they did a MRI after that where i fasted 12 hrs and it showed nothing, everything looked normal. I have no answers i cant keep living in pain and discomfort everyday, i want to feel good and eat again with no issues, thank you for any insight you can give me.
