Hi Ive Been Feeling A Mild Burn Sometimes In Penis

Hi ive been feeling a mild burn sometimes in penis for awhile also at times directly under the testicle feels swollen no pain..i currently do have bi lateral torn hip labrum and was toldi have a small hernia but thats not causing pain. Ive gon to the er twice for what i thought was an ache in the testicles..The first time they ran urine came back fine and i was sent home.the second time they gave me a ultrasound of testicles said everything was fine but i had little stones scattered and shiuld see a urologist.. I did this he said im ok and thats not the cause of pain this was about a month ago..i did have protien in the urine 30 was tge amount. I did a 24 hour sample came back normal i think i had 98 this time.. also did a std test came back fine but antibodies of hpv1 ..my question is it in ny head why do i feel a mild burn in penis sometimes after pering
