Hi Ive Been Feeling Strange For A While After Having

Hi ive been feeling strange for a while after having unprotected sex like three days after i felt really sick was cramping , urinated often.. And my period feels like its coming buh it hasnt as yet and today when i urinated there was a light pink spot only when i wiped. What does this mean?
