Hi, Ive Been Getting This Pain On The Left Side

Hi, ive been getting this pain on the left side of my foreskin. I can pull my foreskin back fine but ive noticed a vein. Im pretty sure the sharp pinching pain is coming from that vein. But now it sort of feels like circulation pain. It went away for 3 days and i thought it was nothing to worry about but now its back . I also have the bottom of my foreskin sort of attatched to my head. Would that have smething to do with it ?
