Hi Ive Been With My Partner For 3-4 Years And

Hi ive been with my partner for 3-4 years and we both have never had herpes or anything serious. Recently we had intercourse and later found out that she had a yeast infection at the time. Now i have clusters of really small bumps on my penile shaft one cluster on the right side and one cluster on the shaft. Should i be worried?
