Hi, Ive Had A Wrist/hand Injury All Summer (sprained It

Hi, ive had a wrist/hand injury all summer (sprained it twice, had xray and MRI, nothing broken or torn) and then i took a field hockey ball to the thumb (this was a bout 3 weeks ago). Whenever i move my thumb, its a sharp pain that goes into my wrist. There is very minimal swelling but the pain is not going away.
