Hi Ive Had The Implant In Since October The 3rd

Hi ive had the implant in since october the 3rd and its my first time, I have been on the pill before aswell and I am experiencing my first cylce on the contraception ive never experienced bright red blood before in any of my cycles and im worried as it has not settled and keep experience burning sensation as cramps and dont know if I should go doctors?
