Hi, Ive Just Done A Blood Pressure Reading It It

Hi, ive just done a blood pressure reading it it keeps on coming to 128 over 103 and heart rate is 102 , I'm a none smoker , i dont drink alcohol ,I'm 46 years old and had my right kidney removed due to cancer before the operation my blood pressure used to be high and i was on tablets the readings were 150 over 105 or so and my hesrt rate used to be about 77 per minute.
I had my operation 2 months ago , i also have minor thalasimia but i dont take any thing for that , i hope i have given enough info for you to make a diagnosis thanks.
