Hi Ive Noticed In The Last Few Days My Right

Hi ive noticed in the last few days my right side has a lump below my neck on my collar bone i have not been able to lift my right arm above my head for years now my doctor never takes me seriously like ive also been eating tissue for years and he tells me everythings ok ive had my bloods taken as ive been having fainting attacks but my bloods are ok im unsure what to do if u could give me some advice id b very grateful thankyou doctor
