Hi, Ive Recently Took Some Anti Biotics And Got A

Hi, ive recently took some anti biotics and got a shot in my bum at the hospital.about two days later ive been having skinny yellow poops and some yellow blobs but they do sink. Ive also seen a tiny bubble in a skinny yellow poop and its sometimes watery when i wipe, should i be concerned?
