Hi Just A Quick Question, I Had Thyroid Surgery A

Hi just a quick question, I had thyroid surgery a few weeks ago, total removal of thyroid and some lymph nodes around the neck, I'm still experiencing numbness as a tightness in the neck and jaw line will this go away in time or should I be concerned that it won't? Sorry to bother you but I thought this was a free question spot. Disregard.
