: Autopsy showed Morganella Morganii Chorioamnionitis and fetal and spleen culture

Normal Morpology off full term baby
Meconium Aspiration
Morganella Morganii cultured from fetal lungs and spleen Chorioamnionitis
Diagnosis :Chorioamnionitis perinatal sepsis

I had the strip b check at 38 weeks pregnant , and results for that was no isolated would that test show the morganella Morganii cutrure ?? And information and help would be appreciated Tori lee was my first baby and I'm just shattered and now confussed and concerned for future pregnancy thanks
