Hi Just Before Christmas My Back Started Feelin A Bit

Hi just before Christmas my back started feelin a bit itchy and then I came out in what looked like blackheads on my back, however I also came out in a few spots with a black dot in the middle and wen my partner squeezed them it leaves a little hole. I have never suffered with spots apart from a monthly one or two on my chin. As I am unable to see them my partner has said they don't look like normal spots they look like a clear bubble with a black spot in the middle and redness around them.
