Hi, Just Checking To See If I Need To Worry

Hi, just checking to see if I need to worry about some white hard small lumps I have on my inner labia. I have about 6 of these growths and one in particular close to my clitoris is annoying when my husband and I have intercourse. They are not painful and look like skin colored pimples but are hard and white when I stretch the skin to look more closely. I am 55 years old and am going through menopause.
