Hi just received results of an MRI which told me suspicious for a demyelinating process such as MS as there are multiple cystic/necrotic lessions in paraventricular region or unusually advanced ischemic microangiopathy. I have no symptoms other then a mild headache and a stabbing sharp central head pain when lifting weights at the gym. I am 49 female and really healthy. no high BP, no cholesterol or diabetes. I am getting a contrast MRI this week???? mollie
