Hi, Just Recently While I Was Taking A Shower, I

Hi, just recently while I was taking a shower, I happen to find a pimple right next to my anus. I do have a skin tag next to my anus so you can visualize a triangle from the 3 listed. I happen to be washing my anus and accidentally scratched that pimple which cause it to bleed and make a hole. I never had sex neither have I done anything sexual. What could it be? It's scaring me with the fact that this is the 2nd time. Last time it happened, was back in November and it just happened. Is this a serious condition that I should be worried about?
