Hi, Just Want To Ask Your Opinion Regarding My Children

Hi, just want to ask your opinion regarding my children age 8 and 12 years old, they love dogs very much. Most of a time the dog unintentionally scratch them do they need to be vaccinated? We have puppies right now and my 12 year old son always put his finger to puppy's mouth and play puppies teeth.
