Hi Just Within The Last Few Hours I Have Been

Hi just within the last few hours I have been having a pain just under my adamsapple to the right. It hurts when i yawn eat and swallow.

I have a history of sinus infections and gastritis but im currently on an antibiotic this really came out of no where. I did pull a muscle in my right shoulder could this be the reason for the pain in my adamsapple?
