Hi Just Wondering About My Toe, It Is The Second

Hi just wondering about my toe, it is the second toe on my right foot and it is very painful when I put my toe on the floor or touch it. When my toe is touched it gives me a cold feeling in my head and down the back of my neck and a metallic taste in my mouth ?
I have looked on the internet for reflexology and it says sinus, but I have no sinus issues.
