Hi, L Am On Multiple Medications And Am Concerned About

Hi, l am on multiple medications and am concerned about possible interactions and side affects.
I am on medication for bipolar disorder and anxiety. I take lamictal, Prozac, hydroxyzine pam and synthroid. I also had back surgery 2 weeks ago and am also taking hydro codons (5/325) up to 4 times per day.
