Hi, L Had Some Breast Discomfort For Last One And

Hi, l had some breast discomfort for last one and half years. I had two usg and one mammo with no findings. Recently I had lost few kgs and now my breast have wrinkles with small Black pores. Both the breast are same with no discoloration. ...is this normal...they are not hard at all. No lump.
