Hi L Have A Sore Trout From Last Friday It

Hi l have a sore trout from last Friday it made a week l won't to the doctor and they said l don't have strap and I don't need pills today l noticed my nose ring is Missing from my nose I don't no for how long now and my trout. Still hurts can it be from my nose ring doing that
