Hi L Have Been Ill Since 20 Dec With Acute

Hi l have been ill since 20 Dec with acute sinusitis and constant cough, was given doxy????? And incidence syrup it seemed to be clearing up new year then l got worse than ever shivering bowing nose constantly coughing and bringing mucus up , now l feel light headed, legs feel wobbly and just noticed my neck is swollen above my collorbones l have been taking max strengthening sinus relief capsule !!! I am worried, am 69 year old lady. I take diltiazam twice a day and clopidogral and phenagran symvastatin at night. Sorry but l do not have any wayof paying on line
