Hi, Last Saturday I Accidentally Swallowed Food Int The Wrong

Hi, last Saturday I accidentally swallowed food int the wrong pipe. I coughed it out mostly I think but I noticed that I have been coughing on and off since then. usually in the morning and evenings. I have a history of asthma but I haven't had an attack since 2012. Sometimes i feel like there's phlegm in my throat or upper chest.
