Hi Last Saturday Me And My Wife Met An Accident

Hi last Saturday me and my wife met an accident on my bike...my wife got injury at feet little fingers but its not a wound .I think it's inside injury and got much swelling and it looks like sponge ...pls suggest us what could be the reason ....pls suggest some remedy too
