Hi Last Sunday I Slid To Home Base While Playing

Hi last Sunday I slid to home base while playing softball. That same day I felt a pain in my lower back/waist area on my left side. Over this past week I have been running as well. When I walk I feel sudden sharp pains on the left side of my lower back/waist area. Also at one of my groups I played football in the street and experienced the pain greatly. As well as when I try to bend my back backwards to the left I can also feel the pain again. The pain also sometimes affects my left leg
