Hi Last Month I Had Kidney Surgery On My Right

Hi last month I had kidney surgery on my right kidney we thought I had two large stones that could only be removedby survey. Turns out he removed over 15 stones of the euraric acid type. He gave me a RX for potassium citrate. I took that for about 2 weeks. I had a lot of muscle cramps and the warning that come from the drug store stated i cramping occurs you should discontinue. I didn't like taken those great big pills anyway
So are the drops that I see on the internet effective at all and are they safe to take
I have had4 bouts with kidney stones and have had my parathyroids removed because I had high calcium
