Hi, Last Night I Attempted To Engage In Intercourse But

Hi, last night I attempted to engage in intercourse but it was too painful to do it. It hurt too much so we did not. this morning I woke up and have been heavily bleeding throughout the day. It is still happening now at 3:30 pm. I am very concerned could I have had a tear or rip somewhere up there?
