Hi, Last Night I Noticed My Nose Getting Blocked Up

Hi, last night I noticed my nose getting blocked up and when I blew my nose this clear yellow liquid came out and it smelt like vomit and i was getting the taste of vomit in my mouth. Every time I blow me nose now the transparent sort of lighter amber liquid comes out, its not sticky by the way but watery. It doesn't smell;taste like vomit anymore but overtime i blow it out it just blocks up my nose again and i have to blow my nose.
