Hi, Last Night I Saw A Half Circle Silver And

Hi, last night I saw a half circle silver and blue on the outer right eyes it cut my vision half and when I went to bed I started to feel my heart beat in my spine near the upper middle and then it went to my neck and head , it hurt and I am light headed it make almost 24 hours and I still have the heart beat in my neck and back ????
