Hi, Last Night I Think My Girlfriend May Of Had

Hi, last night I think my girlfriend may of had a mini stroke, she started with blurred vision which got gradually worse, then her left arm when achey and numb, plus severe headache. And when looking at her face in sure there is the slightest signs of it sagging.
I've pleaded with her to let me take her to hospital.......please what do suggest.
