Hi... Last Night My Vision Was Like I Stared At

Hi... last night my vision was like i stared at the sun or someone had flashed a bright light in my eyes. But it wouldn't go away I couldn't see kind of like tunnel vision. Then I started to get a really bad bad headache after an hour my vision was ok but my head was pounding. This has never happened to me before I don't know if I should be worried. thanks
