Hi, Last Sunday I Jabbed Myself In The Eye With

Hi, last sunday i jabbed myself in the eye with a branch and grazed it so doc put myyon a chlorsig cream for eye. Stopped taking it thursday so on it about 3.5 days. This morning for the frist time ever i had several vertigo incidents where room was spinning and felt sick aftrwards. Have seen another doc and put me on virtego medication but wondering if the vertigo could be related to the eye cream?
