Hi, Last Week I Got Pain In My Back ,

Hi, last week i got pain in my back , i went to doctor and he said it is kidney pain and suggest me for Urine test. i did urine test and found every thing perfect .
My doctor suggest me ultrasound which come also ok but i still have pain.
Today i did my urine test again and found Hemoglobin result Trace as it should be negative. Please suggest.
