Hi, lately i ma becoming nausea within five minutes of eating. I have frequent stomach cramps often accompanied by lightheadedness. Twice this week I have expereinced these symptoms along with very bitter and hot yellow vomit. Please help! I was recently diagnosed with high cholestrol and diabetes. I was already on medication for hypertension. When experiencing these symptoms, my BP will be very low 98/65
