Hi Lately When I Go Pee Something Comes Out Like

Hi lately when I go pee something comes out like a mucus cover in blood. I don't pee blood or blood doesn't come out, when I look in the toilet i swe the mucus there. Also when I clean myself it's a little bit of blood I can barely see it. What does this mean?
