Hi, Let Me Start With I Have MS.... Not Progressive.

Hi, let me start with I have MS.... not progressive. I have noticed over the last year that when I exert myself I get a pain in the lower part of my throat....like where my collar bones meet and I get like a deep pain down the back of both arms down to my elbows. . I also have a lot of fatigue. (Its difficult as I know MS ...fatigue is quite common) .
