Hi Like Woke 2 Week's Ago With Neck Pain Could

Hi like woke 2 week's ago with neck pain could not move my neck to the left at all and was hurtful to move head up and down and to the right .went to doctor got pain killers muscle relaxing tabs antiflam tablets it eased alot but still not right pain when still turn neck left and some pain when turn right and I between my sholders don't know who to go to next
