Hi, M 36 Years And Have PCO On My Left

Hi, m 36 years and have PCO on my left ovary (largest measuring 1 cm). In my last cycle I have taken clomid, menogon injection 3 times and when I went for scan the doctors said that the eggs is still the same size i.e 1.5 cms and not growing.
Now I have changed the doctor.. went to the other doctor who did scan and said that the eggs are vv small and what is visible is only the cyst. Now I am a bit confused. This second doctor has advised me Primolut N for 10 days (twice a day). Please let me know if Primolut is the right thing to take to conceive.
