Hi Ma’am I Took Deviry 10 Mg As My Periods

Hi ma’am I took Deviry 10 mg as my periods did not appeared on 27 th may . I took pregnancy test which was negative and hcg blood test after 13 days it was also negative then gynaecologist suggested me tab deviry for 5 days twice a day 2 Nd day after taking I got spooting and 3 rd day flow increased but not as in period . So is this bleeding my periods or sideffects ?
