Hi, Male Dob 11-29-1955. Problem: I Have 25-30 What Look

Hi, male dob 11-29-1955. problem: I have 25-30 what look like insect bites on each arm and each leg. Wife (whom I sleep with nightly) is clear as a bell. Suggestions on how to approach this problem? What sort of doctor to visit? My GP has no idea how to care for it. Problem has been ongoing since 03/14, and I have some "varmints" (same ones that are in my stagnant pool in back yard) in my urine. Any ideas appreciated.
