Hi Mate Looking For Some Help Ill Be Straight Up

Hi mate looking for some help ill be straight up im stressed as hell being self employed and the work s eems to have stopped plus my sons 9 months old and another one one the way ive been working nights as a cleaner and searching for work during the day so i know im well short on rest but the last several week my energy level are plumetting to the point getting off the couch is an actual mission and uses most my energy an if i do get up to quick mega head spins and from last night tight chesty feeling with the odd needel like stab in right of my chest that continues down inside of right arm and every 2 mins on a stop watch sever cold as hell full body pins an needels and shiver plus just cant get my core temp up for the life of me
