Hi, Me And My Partner Had Unprotected Sex And We

Hi, me and my partner had unprotected sex and we are tring to conceive, the last two weeks i have been craving thins I normally don't eat like chilly, solt things and some sweet things. I have been dizzy and Nausea's but it comes and go's.
I did the home dettol pregnancy test and it looks like a positive with the pee and dettol seperated , how can I be sure its accurate ?
Please help ?
