Hi My 10 Month Old Has Has A Fever For

Hi my 10 month old has has a fever for the last 24hrs with shaking chills !! And sometimes her hands go a little blotchy and purple, I took her to the dr and he said her ears looked red so gave antibiotics I've also been giving nurofen to keep the temp down ?? I have bad anxiety though and stressed out still
